Okay wendy updated the brief NUS post.. Dun worry Asraf its just a single post relax =) So Today's post will be about.... Awesome aint it? We got a couple of nominees. so ill just list em here.. inform me if i get them wrong ya? Nigel: Certificate Of Merit Yi Jing: Certificate of Merit Minnie: Silver Wen Xuan: Silver Winnie: Nominated for Team Captain of the Year(Female), Sports for Good Award. So being a ceremony and all every had to wear.... Formal!!! Interesting eh? Not often you see us Sports IG people wear formal =) very different image i assure you =)
Signage of the Guest Book. Wonder whose signature includes a pokemon =) it was only after we arrived that we realised the guys were dressed in alterante black and white!! Cool ainnit? So after that while the awardees were getting their awards.. the rest of us got a little bored and so cam-whoring ensured

Archery Camp '09 (Tele-match)
While scanning through the pictures taken during Archery Camp, I came accross some interesting pictures that brought back some funny memories. Well, let's refresh a little.
During one of the station game on Archery Camp, the rules of the camp was to construct a human pyramid. Here's what they did and guess what? So what is the difference between the first and second teams? How about this team? Ideas huh?

Hi Juniors,
The Seniors would be competing in NUS Open ’09 (Archery) on the 13th & 14th June 2009, which is on the coming Saturday. This competition would be held indoors and would be divided into three categories: Novice, Closed and Open.
Juniors are invited as spectators for this competition event to gain more insights on Archery Knowledge. On the competition days, there would be seniors around to share competition experiences / knowledge.
If any of the juniors are interested, drop me a mail that includes your number as well.

Juniors, please meet Minnie Teo at the meeting venue. She would be bring you to the competing venue. Note that she would leave at 10am sharp.

Okay.. So a lot of events have been going on lately.. Too many for me to even keep track and update so lets take it slow shall we?
First up!!! Archery Camp 2009!! Held on 29-31 May and we had a whale of a time!
So on Day 1.. Or actually Night 1 to be exact.. We kicked off our humble little camp with a few ice breaker games. And after that we had to stop for the night. So for the first night, we pitched tents to sleep.
It was quite a hassle.. Some of the tents were spoiled or were missing parts.. but we managed to fit most of the people into the tents available. So after the juniors were tucked in and sleeping. it was the seniors turn to kick back, complain about the UT before the camp and overall get some R&R.
No holds barred man.. Seniors brought out their own guitars and had their very own jamming session right there on the grand stand. Look at the pros play haha.
Other activities included playing Facebook, watching movies and just slacking and chatting.
Night 1 was crazy enough now lets head on to Day 2!!!
Morning broke and surprisingly the juniors woke up an hour earlier than expected. So we decided to try and push everything forward. Juniors had their maintenance workshop in the morning and after that was the much anticipated TELEMATCH!!!

However the night wasnt always young and soon Day 3 dawned on us
Day 3 started out as any camp day, except that today was the day that archery camp was organised.. SHOOTING!!! of bows duh not anything else(dirty minded people >.<) And so the juniors had their very own scoring ends.. However they look very stressed dontcha think? Lighten up people.. It's a game =)
and after that were the Team Knockout rounds(TKO) had fun people? you all still looked stressed XD
So after that was pack up and dismissal time.... Hope all of ya had fun. It sure wasnt fun typing this out( Ha ha Just kidding)
