Hello everyone.. On the 23 and 24 of May, we both competed and co-organised Sembawang Open 2009.Here are some of the highlights
it was so misty in the morning it almost looked like Cameron Highlands =)
As you can see.. Out of all our archer. Our brave fellow, Farhan, decided to enter with his wooden bow instead of metal.. And best of all, he actually beat 6 people in terms of ranking =)
Nigel managed to achieve 4th placing while Bjorn achieved 8th Placing.
Also, we won the Gold for the Male Team Catagory.. Cool right?? Didnt know our captain so light =)

As continued from the report made on Republic Archery, there has been increasing reports of "unusual activities" within the Interest Group(IG).
As you can plainly see, there is definitely something going on between these two.
According to sources, they are the captain and treasurer of the IG. Has the wayward nature of the ex-leader rubbed off the new members?? More information on this later.
From anonymous sources, it is still unclear as to what is happening here.A new proposal method? A new form of assisted sit-up? Or just plain fooling around? We may never know.
And finally, we can see some good clean fun within the IG, although there are rumors that they are trying to overthrow Stamford Raffles as founder of Singapore. But let's just leave it to them to trash it out.
Referring back to a report earlier, it is not a new form of sit-up but rather just someone who fell off the wrong side of the stool and had to be helped up.. Unfortunately it became a fun activity(not for the victim i might add) and evoked laughs all around.
Strangely, we have been seeing many members poking fun. Here we can see two manly(?) guys showing off their muscles.. Or is it? It seems more like they are trying to show off their manly(?) odors to a person( we have not been able to confirm who). Any information is welcome ( guesses allowed on the tag board =P)
It seems that the IG hasn't changed much and it is still the Craziest, Zaniest and ultimately the most fun IG around.

The much awaited SLA Fiesta is finally OVER!!!
No more standing around answering questions or demonstrating archery basics
Okay im kidding.. Everyone had fun ya?
First of all.. Introducing Winnie ver.2!!!
Different eh? She's going "in" soon so wish her luck everyone!!(I heard she's in a relationship too O.O)
So it was all busy busy with many people turning up and showing interest in our IG
as you can see it was packed with people.. this was the only picture i can pull off because after that no time.. too busy being approached by people haha..
This was on the second day.. Our captain and team manager decided to show off their Soma(SOK-MA!!) merchandise and set up their bows for display!! Coolness eh? Hoyt and Sammick side-by-side!!
Winnie proving she still has it in her by pulling a 34 pound -.-||| bow and posing all "sexy" at the same time =P or actually she just didnt want to use to Jia Wei =D
Check out the spasm actions of everyone!! notice the huge amount of people behind them.. there was twice as many during the "rush hours"!!
That's it then.. Introductory Workshops are being held next week, Monday to Friday.
Time and Venue to be confirmed later..
And congrats to all 140+(not confirmed.. thats wad i heard) sign-ups on joining the zaniest, craziest and most fun IG ever(self-proclaimed =P)
